Yes you can! You can either schedule your number to be ported-in using this page OR you can get in touch with our support staff and we'll help you out.
To port a number onto our network, you need 3 pieces of information:
- The mobile number that you would like to keep
- Your temporary IQ Mobile number
- The PAC code from your old network - you'll need to request this directly from the network OR text PAC to 65075. PAC codes are formatted as 3 characters followed by 6 digits (for example, ABC1234656)
We offer temporary data add-ons that run until your monthly data reset.
These add-ons also have 100% EU roaming allowance - if you purchase a 10GB add-on, then you get 10GB of data for EU roaming!
If you're nearing the end of your SIM's 3-month period, you will receive an email notifying you.
Should you wish to continue using your current SIM-only plan, you can create a direct debit here and we'll move you onto a monthly billing plan.
