Roaming
We operate on a "Roam Like Home" policy where calls and texts are free while roaming, as long as the other number is either a UK number or a same-country number (e.g. a French number called while roaming in France), with low costs for international calls in general.

Additionally, 25% of your monthly data allowance can be used while roaming in the EU with no additional cost - the 30GB plan is capped at 7.5GB for roaming specifically.

SIM Format
Our physical SIMs are Tri-Format, combining standard, micro and nano formats in one form-factor, making them compatible with any device on the market.

We also offer our SIMs in an eSIM format. Most modern smartphones are compatible with eSIM technology, however it is still worth confirming if your device is eSIM compatible before placing an order.

For physical SIMs, we offer free delivery via 1st class post, or we can guarantee UK next day delivery using other courier services from £2.

eSIMs are delivered via an email containing the QR activation code and new number.
