Roaming – Roam Like Home

We operate a “Roam Like Home” policy across the EU.

  • Calls and texts are free while roaming when calling:

    • UK numbers, or

    • Numbers within the same country you’re roaming in (e.g. calling a French number while in France)

  • International calls are charged at low, competitive rates

  • 25% of your monthly data allowance can be used in the EU at no extra cost

  • Unlimited data plans are capped at 25GB for EU roaming under fair usage rules

Fair Usage & Intended Use (Important)

Our Unlimited and high-data SIMs are designed for use in mobile devices, such as:

  • Smartphones

  • Tablets (e.g. iPads)

  • Laptops and dongles

  • Portable or travel routers

They are not intended for permanent home broadband replacement or continuous use in fixed residential routers.

Excessive or abnormal usage patterns associated with home broadband (such as constant, high-volume usage from a fixed location) may be restricted or reviewed under our fair usage policy.

In short:
📱 Mobile and portable use = perfect
🏠 Full-time home broadband replacement = not supported
