A VPN is only required to access UK TV and streaming libraries while using an IQ Connect SIM.

While you are below your daily data allowance, speeds are uncapped.
If you reach your daily cap, then data will be reduced to speeds of:
- 100kbps for IQ Connect Lite
- 500kbps for IQ Connect Standard
